Podcast episode 203: 4 Big Lies You Probably Believe (& they’re making you miserable)

Do you have a million reasons why you can’t do the things that you want to? Do you believe that you don’t have the time, the resources, or the experience to do something that you want to? Maybe it’s the fear of failing at it that’s holding you back.

In this episode, we’re diving into some weighty topics that often come up in our balance coaching program. These are the lies we tell ourselves, the lies that make us miserable. You know, the ones that say we can’t do something because we lack experience or resources, the ones that make us feel like we don’t deserve happiness or that there’s no time for us to pursue our dreams. Then there’s the lie that says no one will like us if we take a risk and step out of our comfort zone. And finally, the lie that something is too overwhelming and beyond our control.

We’re here to help you recognize and overcome these lies so you can live a more fulfilled life and be a positive role model for your kids! So let’s kick those lies to the curb and step into who we are meant to be!
