Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

I’m loving everything pumpkin right now.  Pumpkin Spice Lattes from Starbucks.  Salted Caramel Pumpkin Concrete Mixers at Culvers.  Pumpkin brownies from our local FairyTale Brownies.  All the pumpkin is delicious and tastes like Fall.  However, these pumpkin choices are all pretty sweet and not in the least bit healthy.  Problem solved.  Here is a yummy and nutritious pumpkin pie smoothie recipe with all the pumpkin taste that you can feel good about having for breakfast.
