Podcast Episode 249: Our 1-Star Review

Once upon a time, we got a one-star review.

It was about our Happy Mom Summit and we don’t want to talk about it…except we do.

You see, as moms, we’re hardwired to prioritize others, but in doing so, we often neglect ourselves. And that’s not okay. It’s crucial for moms to prioritize self-care, set healthy boundaries, and nurture their confidence. But some people see that as selfish. However, we disagree.

Strongly.

As moms, we wear many hats and juggle countless responsibilities. But amidst the chaos, it’s crucial to remember one thing:

You matter.

Your needs, your well-being, your dreams—they all deserve to be prioritized.

By practicing self-care, setting healthy boundaries, and cultivating confidence, you’re not just taking care of yourself; you’re setting an example for your children and creating a life filled with joy, fulfillment, and purpose.

So, here’s to putting yourself first, mama! You deserve it!

In this episode of the No Guilt Mom podcast you’ll learn:

  • Common struggles People Pleasers face including how to deal with criticism
  • The importance of understanding your own tendencies when it comes to handling criticism or negative feedback
  • The role self-care plays in helping us manage our emotions (hello getting enough sleep!!)
  • How to set healthy boundaries that will help you cultivate your confidence in whatever you’re doing
