Balance Membership Refund Policy

At No Guilt Mom, we’re committed to your satisfaction. We stand behind the Balance program and want you to experience its full benefits. We understand that sometimes a program might not be the right fit, which is why we offer the following refund policy:

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund of your Balance membership fee if:

  • You are a first-time Balance member.
  • You have actively engaged with the program content by completing Phase 1.
  • You determine that the Balance program does not meet your needs.
  • You request a refund within the specified timeframe.

Important Note: Refund requests submitted on the day of or after automatic renewal/billing has occurred, particularly when there has been no program engagement, may not be eligible for refunds. Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the end of the trial period or billing cycle to prevent charges.

Timeframe

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial membership signup date.
  • After the 30-day period has expired, memberships are non-refundable.
  • For annual memberships, the 30-day refund period begins on the date of original signup, not on your renewal date.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Our team will respond within 2 business days to confirm receipt of your request and determine if you meet eligibility as specified above.
  • Allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after confirmation

Refunding Payment Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Full refunds include 100% of the membership fee paid.
  • Any processing fees imposed by payment processors may not be refundable.
  • If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.

Non-Usage Policy

  • Non-usage of the program does not automatically qualify for a refund.
  • Members who do not log in or engage with program materials have made the choice not to utilize the resources provided.
  • It is the member’s responsibility to cancel their membership before the renewal date if they decide not to use the program.
