I remember the exact moment two years ago that I knew things needed to change.
It was the day after Christmas and I had just finished all the shopping, had done all the wrapping, and organized all the meals - on top of keeping up with my own job, taking the kids to their after-school activities, and managing my son's frequently intense emotions.
I sat on the couch and cried. Huge, heaving, trying to catch-my-breath sobs.
There I was, doing EVERYTHING and still feeling like a huge disappointment.

Additionally, you will be asked to complete 3 daily habits and journal entries in the challenge workbook to identify your triggers, improve your self-talk, and create your talk-down script and reaction plan.
In addition, you'll have the opportunity to join us for monthly goal setting on April 7th, time-blocking every Friday, and twice weekly live coaching sessions for support and encouragement.
